1. What is PAL? 
   Partner Admin Link (PAL) is a method used by Microsoft to recognize partners who are helping to drive Azure consumption. It consists of associating a Microsoft partner’s ID number to your Azure tenant. 
    
2. What does setting up PAL require? 
   Setting up PAL is a simple, three step process that can be completed using these instructions. It requires a user with at least a Contributor or higher access level. TIP: To maximize the discounted services you qualify for, set up PAL with your highest access user (a subscription or management group owner). 
    
3. Why should I set Inova Solutions as my PAL? 
   Setting Inova Solutions as your PAL grants you access to reduced or no cost services. The more Azure consumption you have, the deeper the discounts we can offer (some restrictions may apply to certain licensing programs).  
    
4. Does PAL give Inova Solutions access to my Azure tenant or resources? 
   There are two ways to set up PAL. The method we’re recommending, shown here, does not grant Inova Solutions any access to your tenant or resources. 
    
5. How do I get access to my reduced or no cost services? 
   Reach out to your account manager to schedule service. 
    
6. How do I know which services I’ll get at a reduced cost and which services I’ll get for free? 
   Reach out to your account manager to discuss your current Azure consumption, and what that grants you access to. The higher your consumption, the deeper the discounts we can offer (some restrictions may apply to certain licensing programs).
